Just booked in The Sun Inn for two nights, looking forward to seeing you bunch of scoundrels and reprobates.
Is anybody else booked into the Sun Inn?

If anybody wants to do the brewery tour: A. It’s worth it. B. You need to book it in advance. Takes an hour or so - lots of steps but the finale is a free bar for 30mins although it’s all in a half pint glass.

Give them a call. It’s not high season, so they might well see the simple error for what it is…. A simple error.
If it helps, explain that you are part of a party of several booking, for which they should be grateful, I guess.

I have been in comms (4 weeks ago-ish) with a guy called Chris to clear the fact that we're a 'party', so if you reference that he should remember and recognise our group.
He was remarkably relaxed about the prospect of 'bikers' invading his site.... I suspect he's used to bikers being less mods 'n' rockers, and more SAGA-louts nowadays
