I went to the dealer today and look at it. There is a lot of variation from 5 to 10mm on the left crash bar.
Right side remain the same.
Technician said because cylinders are offset to each other

Sounds like a poor excuse to me. The bars are designed (or should be) to take this offset into account. If the left bars were simple mirror images of the right side ones, then they wouldn't fit at all.

For the GSA I had to add a spacer to the left bar to fit the BMW cylinder head protector. Fitting the right hand protector required no spacer...

Same with mine. I added a 6mm spacer (or thereabouts) to the offside bar (next to footbrake side)

might be just a design flaw . had the same issue with the blackbird I had the silencers were miles out looking at them from the rear .
