Don't wory...
When i tested the bike for the first time, i had the same problem. They just reprogramed the accelerator and everything worked perfectly then...

Phew........ thank you. Thats been my guess as the accelerator / throttle felt very different after first service and when cruise control did not work I started to think that maybe the software update screwed with things. Thanks and enjoy your bike.

Checked both those possible issues. On 1st service they did software update and just wondering if that's the issue

What «software update»? I don't know that there is a mandatory software update at first service. Was it The Enduro pro and ASC thing or something else?

you have to be going faster than 20 mph just in case your trying out too slow

mine is fine, I let the throttle go, but to be fair I hardly think to use it I suppose it would be handy on a motorway though

Switch it on , press the set button, green cruise control light comes on, let go of throttle expecting cruise to take over but cruise light goes out and no cruise control.
