I would like to use this thread to say a big thank you to Chris ...Tunneruk this parish for his good work earlier this year i purchased a rather scruffy unloved 03 GS and have been busy bringing it back to an acceptable standard :D:D

one of the final links n that chain was to get the bike re-painted , now as some of you know Chris started his own business doing mobile electrical work :thumb2 but is ever widening his scope of works and now has his own premises and has set up a paint shop etc and pretty damn good he is too :beerjug:

well im not that eloquent so ill let the photos do the talking but suffice to say thank you Chris im very pleased with the end result and will not hesitate to recommend you :friday:friday

whilst this was going on i was fannying around fitting fuse boxs running wiring for the spots fogs ,satnav , hook up for the connection to the tank bag , then the Re-fit of which this is the end result :):):)









pretty nice :cool:










theres still work to do im awaiting delivery of the lights and over time more blackening out of the silver parts :D:D:D but after a couple of weeks off the road i need to get out and ride :D:D:D


But again a big thank you to TunnerUK , Chris you do good work and communicate with your customers every step of the way may you be snowed under with work mate :beerjug::beerjug::beerjug:

I see the RT is still there - what a shock... :D
 
Hi Chad, I got a full set of Goodridges from motorworks, Managed to bugger up brakes when changing wheels! so Mark 71 fitted the hoses and gave the bike a full service to prevent me doing any more damage:D (Also can't recommend him highly enough too). Cheers:beer jug: John B

little bit more progress today after a busy few weeks not allowing me garage time , and just for Fanum front lever sorted :D:D:D:D:D

spots n fogs installed :) see CT services for these:thumb2:beerjug:


and headlight guard :)



the office with foglight bracket and switch :)



decals applied :)



then it was down to retro fitting the EBAY bargain of the year :D:D:D:D REMUS HEXICONE TITAINIUM :cool::cool::cool: FERKIN LOVELY weighs about as much as a paper cup looks and sounds great too :beerjug:








sits in nice and tight too :)

theres been some talk on other threads about how you feel when you open the garage and see your bike well i feel fecking great when i see this :):):):)



still a few bits to do panniers etc to sort out sort the forks and yokes etc but running up the the peak district for a nights camping and beer next week cant wait :D
