taking a left hand bend too fast, meeting an oncoming car on the apex also going too fast, I had a sphincter tightening moment or two as the bike cut out, then ran, then cutout again then ran normally. And continues to run normally for the 300 miles its done since then.
I cannot altogether rule out the possibility of me nudging the kill button or some other control as I panicked my way round the bend. But has anyone else had the engine cut out and then run normally with no warning lights etc?
No previous history of problems in the almost 2 years I've owned the bike. The weather was dry. The bike is garaged in the dry and rarely washed so the chances of water causing a problem are negligible.
