The best as far as I am concerned, got down last week for some cheap 2nd hand panniers, boys at lunch so coffee galore on the house.
First one back kindly asked by Wally to fit new locks and code them to my ignition key, at no extra cost.
No other dealer in the south-west gives that sort of service!

Though I've no experience of other BMW dealers service CW have been good enough to not want to make me try the others. Wally in servicing, Andy in sales and Ian in stores make a good team.

On my way back from Morocco I noticed an oil leak that was getting progressively worse. Called into CW after landing in Plymouth and on my way home.

Wally got right on the case and it got fixed there and then, no fuss, no bother, free coffee and no charge for repair! Bike under warrenty and was a faulty oil pressure switch.

Further more, they cleaned my bike. Top service I say.

Sorry to say that it wasn't cleaned to my usual standard, hence the gratuitous cleaning once I reached home!

All that CW did was get the oil off, not the Sahara sand out of every nook and cranny.
