CW are one of the consistently best dealerships you're likely to find. Having dealt with them for some 9 years now, I can say that their staff and way of dealing with customers are among the best I have seen anywhere in 30 years of motorcycling.
I remember a Ducati dealership in Northern Italy who were pretty darn good many moons ago (an earlier life), but few dealerships keep customers as loyal to the BMW marque as CW do.

+1 to the above sentiments. 
I've just had my RT's ring antenna sorted under warranty. This after another dealer had 2 goes at replacing it, citing rather dodgy-sounding reasons for not doing it each time...
Keep up the good work fellas. Having tried elsewhere I shall go back to them again. They may be expensive but I'm happy with what I'm getting for my money.

I've known them for some 25 years from when they first started and they are good as gold. Always interested, always remember even crappy little stuff and always keen to help.

Can't disagree with any of the above. I've been using them for 20 years now and have just swopped my 50,000 mile GT for their ex-demo K1200S at a great deal!
