Took my Adv down there Tuesday for the warranty work to be carried out and only got two thirds of it done. Bad news??? Definitely not! They found that the paralever bearing was shot and the input shaft seal was buggered too. The time taken to fix those problems meant that some of the lesser problems didn't get done, but they kept me on the road. Ian, the technician, did a fantastic job and Wally looked after me, care of a certain item i'm not to divulge.
All in all a brilliant job, just don't take your bikes there as it's already difficult to get mine booked in when i need to!

So that's the trick to receiving good service then, calling Ian a 'technician' instead of refering to him as a 'Gease Monkey'?!

I'll have to remember that next time I call in there!!
