I thought I'd just like to mention and thank Mark Hooton from Cymarc for going above and beyond.
I bought a rear seat box off this very site recently for my R1300GSA but when it arrived it wasnt as described. I emailed Mark Hooton for advice and he agreed to remake the locating feet and send them to me even though I didnt actually buy the box from him directly.
I got an email tonight to say that he is staying late tonight to remake the locating feet in stronger stainless steel and he would pop them in the post on the way home.
So credit where credit is due Mark has gone beyond great customer service and a big thank you from me.
If this is in the wrong section can someone move it accordingly.

-up, but are often (clearly not in this case) slow to comment on the opposite situation. I'm not advocating a post each time someone 'does what was expected', but for those who really make the effort, it's nice to see those efforts appreciated.
