Bunch of fannies ffs

Especially the two (Packer and Petcul) who simply didnae turn up. Nae PM or post to say "I cannae make it..." It's no' rocket science and it would save folk who did turn up hanging aboot waiting "just in case they're delayed." Apart fae anything else, that was two other folk who could have been on the tour. It was made clear fae the start that numbers were restricted. I realise that things can crop up at the last minute but a simple post on the thread or a text tae somebody that's goin'.

That apart, it was a crackin' wee tour o' the Daftmill Distillery. Francis Cuthbert really does have a labour of love goin' on there. Really interestin' and we were allowed access to all areas. I think everybody enjoyed it.

The bar lunch and run to get there were guid as well

Never was goin' on the visit, but had wanted (and meant) to go on the run (and the meal), and had just meant to turn up at 10. Looking back at what I'd posted before, I thought I'd given the impression I was goin' to come along for the run - maybe not.

Causin' confusion was not my aim (I seem to be able to do it withoot thinking).

For the sake of domestic harmony I decided it was better not to go though.

TBH this was a mildy uncomplicated run compared tae some previous SS anes

t'was a cracking day for sure, the tour was outstanding, I learnt loads as well, took me 2 hours to get home...

Mrs Nak enjoyed it too, although somewhat sore in places from her first ride out. Great to meet you all and see you next weekend

Cracking day oot.

Superb weather and a great run there and back either side of a tour of a labour of love distillery- cannae wait for the nectar tae come on the market.

Got home just in time to get taken to the Galley of Lorne for mah supper and a few wee beers

Looking forward to next weekend

Ronno, my sincere apologies, I can't believe that I completely forgot about this. Not even a moment when I thought "I'm sure that I'm supposed to be somewhere today", nothing

What makes it worse is that I was really looking forward to it a few weeks ago I can't be getting senior moments already, can I?

At least I can remember that I'm doing something next weekend and it's only four days to the start!
