Damaged front disc R850R: please advise

Yes, it pulses exactly as you described.

I wonder if these are worth the gamble! New they are expensive..

I’ve come to the party late, but bear in mind even the slightest ‘Pulsing’ is called brake fluctuation, which is detected in the HOLD test (resistive potentiometer roller) at the MOT station; slight is an advisory, but if you can feel this at the lever usually a fail..

Sorry for the delay in the update!

I got braided lines on it, a new original brembo disc to replace the damaged one, and new brembo pads: very happy with the result. Original callipers were fine! Brake action was sharp before, now it's improved.
