Danfy Yamaha - Pleasure to Deal With

Have used Danfy in Newlands cross a few times recently.

Once for an issue with spokes on my Tenere, then recently for some parts. The dealer I got my Tenere from in 2023 tried to fob me off and gave me all the excuses about corroded spokes on a brand new bike, rang Danfy and they apologised on Yamahas behalf and said any issue with bike or warranty just ring them direct and will get me sorted.


Have to say a pleasure to deal with and unreal helpful. As for communication I get either an email or a text from them, both which they reply back to instantly when I contact them

They also helped cover old recalls for an 18year old bike....

Today ordered more parts, also asked for them to ship them, so for a €90 gasket they said ok that's dear lets do €80 shipped instead. Cant beat that

With so many online options and poor customer service it was a delight to deal with such helpful people

I went to danfay about 2 years ago to trade in my nt1100. My brother was with me. Looking out the window there was a guy from the show room looking an my bike. VERY closely. My brother says he is up to something. Sure enough when I went out started the bike into first release clutch nothing happened. Someone had adjusted my clutch. I copped on very quickly and adjusted it back. I don’t know what their game was but I haven’t been back. JJH

Bad enough anyone tamper with a bike let alone someone from the sale dept

I find them great to deal with, excellent for trade in values. I bought a tracer off them 2 years ago, it was valeted, serviced with the valve clearance done and new tyres.
Jamie is very friendly and fair to deal with.
