Datatool question

Driven to distraction by the datatool evo on my 1150GS I decided to disable the feature where it automatically arms the motion detector (usually when I'm in the process of removing luggage or somesuch activity). I grounded the yellow wire, as instructed, and did a test. Yes it no longer armed the motion detector. I replaced the tank and about two days later the alarm is back to its old ways. Before I take off the tank again, does anyone know of something I have missed here? I can see the wire and it seems to be earthed OK. Is there another setting?

Probably re-armed it , even with the yellow wire grounded m8.

You need to use the oval button in re-armed mode to re-disable.

Grrr - it was a bad earth. Anyone completely removed an immobiliser? Presumably if one simply removes it by cutting the wires the bike will not go.
