Now that's a hard thing to quantify.
All I can say is that it's smoother than before. Before I would have described it as 'thrumming' through the bars at 70-80mph?
Now, it's really smooth at around 60mph and beyond that, a very slight buzz. Much less than before.
So much so, that when overtaking, you find yourself into three figures before you realise it. With the increase in torque, it's effortless.
On a different note. Before, I found that installing 20mm risers to the bars took some of the weight off my hands and shoulders which reduced the issue with vibration.
I may be passing your way at the end of the month and could maybe give you a run on mine to compare.

Having experienced carpal tunnel syndrome myself and for two years having ignored the advice to have carpal tunnel release now that I've had it done I can say the difference is outstanding. I didn't realise how much I was changing the way I did things to cope with carpal tunnel.

Your talking about "arm pump" which I also suffered from whilst doing track days during my sports bike years but this discomfort is definitely being caused by a high frequency vibration through the handle bars.

No, I'm talking about CTS, not arm pump which is completely different.

CTS affects nerves, arm pump is muscles.

I have old whiplash injuries (neck) and thoracic outlet problems collar bone & 1st rib.. I get cramp and muscular spasm in my left forearm (radial nerve) and tingling little fingers (ulnar nerve). When it's bad my hand feels cold.
So before having surgery rule out problems with neck and thoracic outlet.
Stolzy will tell you its all bollox but I have patients benefitting from McTimoney chiropractic. These people know that may eventually need surgery but currently they are improving so surgery isn't needed.
Surgery has undoubted benefits but it's a one way street.
Ask the surgeon what is the risk of complications and do the sums.
Common sense says to exhaust the low risk options before going under the knife.
