Dead battery on 2015 1190

Anyone else had battery issues with their 1190?

I've not used it for about 3 weeks and it's not plugged into an Optimate but this morning it was completely flat. I've had it on charge since lunchtime and have just started it by using a booster but it still struggled to fire up.

I've not got an alarm fitted so there's no drain there and I can't think of anything else that could do it. It's going to be on an Optimate all week now while I'm working away then we're moving next Friday so it's going to get about a 30 mile run but if it drops a bit over a couple of weeks after that it's going back to the dealer for a dose of looking at.

they all still use juice even when switched off...I keep mine on optimate all the time its parked up

the only time i ever put mine on a charger, it struggled to start

plenty of juice in the battery, it just wouldn't go

I don't normally bother leaving bikes on charge and rely on starting them on a regular basis to keep the battery topped up but this is slightly worrying because it didn't even have enough power to light up the instruments let alone spin the engine. I'll keep an eye on it for a week or two and if it's going flat in a short period of time I'll throw it at the dealer and ask them to give it a once over.
