Tell me what you think ...I love the the look of them both but not rode with any of them...


Need to make a choice.. I think C2 not sure though..

C2/Tour X

Really wanted a C2, tried both the C1 & C2 in different sizes, couldn't get one to feel right, felt sorry for the Dealer as she had gone to a lot of trouble to get me the helments.

Had tried a Tour X before, but wasn't over keen, but having tried one again, couldn't believe how much more I could see.

Haven't worn it on the road yet, but having had a Quanum F for 6 years, any change will feel funny.

I thought about a tour X too but wondered about wind noise and buffeting with that peak. My screen set up means i can ride with the visor open and not feel wind rushing at me but don't know how it would cope with a scoop atop my lid! Think i'm gonna give the C2 a go but if you get a tour X let me know what you think

Surely this is a style issue they are so different I have a Tour-x but have only moved up from a MX lid so its so much better. See my posting re buffeting I wear made to measure ear plugs and they are needed at 100kmh+ I have tuned around and gone home to get them if forgotten. Hope this helps Rob

Macca ive the same bike as you bought today a white sportintegral after owning a tour x, system 4 and 5 the arai is very noisy, the sytem 4 was good as you can convert it, the 5 was uncomfortable as hell a modern day method of torture this one is comfy and so very quiet at speeds from 70 to 100 it was quiet enough not as good looking as the tour X though
