Just a bit of advice to any other computer ignoramases out there, panic set in this morning the thing wouldent bot up and got an alarm bell sort of sound from inside the thing.thought thats all I need new computer phoned dell help line after deciphering the service No on thre side like a mico dot! phone sunny down town india, heart in boots when the phone answered but sorted it! stuck button on the keyboard!. So if it happens to you don't despair and full marks to Dell!.

Totally agree, have had great friendly service from their overseas helpline. Would make me look at them first in the future (unless I get rich and can convert to Macs).
