I recently bought and fitted Denali D3's with thier universal lights bracket, the one that fits underneath the headlight/beak.
For the mount fitting, I followed the instructions to the letter which shows the bolts being fitted from underneath with the nuts on top - which I did, but then I couldn't get the beak to go back in the correct place and the screw holes for the winglets woudn't line up, then I noticed the beak was being interfered with by the bolt and this did some slight damage to the paint.
So I took it all apart and dropped the bolts down from the top which fixed the problem, but when I contacted Denali about this they didn't understand why this was happening and that no one else has reported this problem which got me wondering how many people fitted these, struggled to get the fairing back on but somehow managed but not aware of the plastic pushing against the threaded part of the bolts.

Also, the mount is made from mild steel with a very thin coat of paint which seems to get kicked about before being packed and sent out.

Has anyone else noticed this?
