Denali spot lights

so one of my spot lights has packed up. Its out of Warranty but has only covered 3000 miles.
I have tried contacting Denali but can’t get anywhere.
Does anyone know if you can get spares for them?
Interesting a cheap set of Aliexpress lights I bought at about the same time that have covered more miles are still going. If the Denali isn’t repairable I won’t be waisting money on them again.

Are your lights over 5 years old?

I would imagine you could get them repaired, depending on what has failed in the light.

Isnt the revised or what used to be the SOGA sales of goods act now at 6 years

may be worth going back to the place you bought them from and having a further chat

I think the led has Brocken possibly, if you tap the shell it rattles .
Obviously I don’t want to pull it apart yet, just emailed Denali again, possibly get a response before I see what’s happened

Who did you buy them off??

Are you emailing the Denali UK website by any chance as I believe they are NOT actually Denali!! So be warned

Go to the supplier you bought it from. They will manage the warranty with Denali.

I did this with NippyNormans and it was a very quick process.

So when I checked properly the lights are over 5 years old so definitely out of warranty.
Denali don’t offer any spares or repairs service which on an expensive item seems stupid.
Anyone have any suggestions about repair etc.

I would say the price of getting someone to repair them will outweigh buying new lights......

The component failure is probably pennies at best, but the labour/time of someone might be £100. Which is a fair dent into a new light set up.
