Denmark / Southern Sweden - Accommodation?

Hello,

Later this month I am going to be making my way from Leipzig, Eastern Germany to Denmark and then onto Sweden to catch a ferry from Karlshalm. I leave Leipzig on the Sunday and am planning to have Sunday evening perhaps in Denmark and the Monday in Southern Sweden. Any recommendations for hotels/'B&B's very, very much appreciated...
