Sounds good to me. I'll do a little trip out on Saturday if anyone wants. Unless we are recovering. If the weather is wet on Saturday how about a ride over to the Lakeland Motor Museum at Haverthwaite. Its about 40 miles away approx an hour or so ride. I think its about £13 to get in, there's a cafe so lunch is sorted.

Oh crap, who’s going to bring the Rioja, then?I would have loved to join you on the California but we have visitors this weekend.
Have a great one. Hopefully next year
Sounds good to me. I'm going to stop off in Thirsk on Friday for fish n chips. That'll do me for the day, then have a few beers. You, me, Stu, Paul, Old Codger (sorry don't know his name) Meet Friday at the Sun Inn, Beer Garden if weather OK. Stu and I are aiming to be there about 2.30pm ish. Have you been to the Lakeland motor museum? If the weather picks up we could ride back via the Sawrey ferry and head back to Dent on a different route.
Steer clear of you-know-where... you know it can get expensive!I'm going to stop off in Thirsk on Friday

He'll probably turn up on a newly purchased Honda, just to confuse us.Steer clear of you-know-where... you know it can get expensive!![]()
I'd bet on a CX500.He'll probably turn up on a newly purchased Honda, just to confuse us.
will you be dining with us? I use the term lightly as Stu has form for getting a mountain of chips on a plate, and half a sliced white loaf, and a slab of butter. He makes massive chip butties much to the disgust of our posher more enlightened members from the home counties. It's a sort of northern peasant food meets southern cordon blue haute cuisine.I’ll come down but my LM isn’t going at the moment (errrr… hasn’t gone for the last 10 years! But I’ve had a V85 TT and Quota 1100 since) so I’ll be on som’at else. Would like to meet you Wrinkelyowlie and talk about your Stelvio, which I see is still at Teasdales.
Mark (Just north of Kendal, so not too far to go!)
We're all ok for accommodation but appreciate your offer. You're more than welcome to join us for the meal, including chip butty's cordon bleu.If I’m invited! Nowt wrong with a chip butty. If anyone is absolutely stuck for accommodation and I mean stuck as it’s 45 mins away (but via cracking roads) then send me a message as we have a Settle Carlisle Railway Cottage that’s free this weekend. Could be paid for with chip butty’s
I will probably, most definitely be coming on the V85. I need to give all the bits I've just added a proper test. I think it was on the way home from Dent last year when I bought it. Best stay clear this yearI'd bet on a CX500.
Be good to meet you Mark. I can't believe my old Stelvio is still at Teasdales. It had over 2000 likes on their facebook page when I first had it painted. Interestingly one of the V100 new colour schemes is exactly the same.I’ll come down but my LM isn’t going at the moment (errrr… hasn’t gone for the last 10 years!
