Desert X pannier locks

A bit of a long shot here.

I’ve recently acquired a lovely Desert X which came with factory hard luggage. I prefer to use soft luggage so want to remove the pannier locks keyed to my ignition key so I can sell them and the frames on. Does anyone know how the key cylinders are removed from the pannier cases?

Have you tried utube , that’s how I found out to change some lock barrels .
I’d have struggled a bit without it.

Got the lock all dismantled but not sure how to force the barrels out, perhaps they just pushed out but i didn't want to force and break things. Nowt I can find on YouTube so far.
