im sorry for the confusing this is what ive just done pulled both ht leads off the bottom bike still runs soon as u pull the wire off the l/h stick it stalls , so swapped with the right pulled off the stick stalls on the l/h again but doesnt stall on the right even on bothe sticks are swpped

I'm not sure what you're trying to diagnose by pulling the connector to the coil caps/stick coils while the engine is running on just the two main plugs ?

If it's running on both cylinders on just the main plugs then the main coil caps and the leads are both/all working.

What your doing is showing that the throttle bodies maybe way out of adjustment and instead of running on just the idle one side could be running/hanging on the throttle.
