Different footpegs

I have picked up another 1150GS and it has pivoting foot pegs that I have not seen before.
Anyone else come across this design or are they home made
It was registered (2000) in Australia then imported to NZ in 2004 and has had its ABS removed

They certainly look home made to me.
I have recently put pivot pegs on my 1150GS, pretty happy with them.
Before, I had some peg enlargers, quite similar to what is on the outside of the normal peg.
