I have not been back from Morocco long and have just found my stash of cash.

I have 1290Dhs which is £96 quid or there abouts.

I am not planning on going back any time soon as i want to explore other bits of mainland europe for a few years.

If anybody is going and wants them, it a lot easier to start the trip with some of their own cash. Rather than messing about in the port trying to find the cashpoint (if its working, been twice now and both times the first machines have been broken)

I have some loose change to which i will throw in !!!

Just Pm me if you want them.

Thanks

Simon

Good point Tom, and if you have never been you wouldnt know.

The first time i went spent a very long afternoon trying to find a cash point that would work, as the first three didnt with our cards.

Almost all garages we went to didnt take cards, and you cant buy their cash outside of the country.

So it can make you life a whole lot easier, if you have a litte cash with you.

This was so much better when i went the second time, it is just one less thing to think about.

Some places will take Euros, but the exchange rate at the garages and shops can be shocking (AND I MEAN SHOCKING) if you are not on the ball.

Also in petrol sataions you need to ask for "Sans Plomb" not Gazoil like a mate of mine did, his 600 rr didnt run right after he did 5km on deisel before it died.

Took him till after 11pm to fix it, but it ran and it was all good.

To be fair the garage in the Riad was better equiped than mine.
Thanks

Simon
