Dirtbikestore - Warning!

I ordered a helmet from dirtbikestore.com. It took them 36 days to deliver but it took them only 2 days to charge my credit card!

4 times they lied straight in my face about delivery and shipping. My order was placed July 21 and they promised shipping the same week.

Nothing arrived so I called them August 15 and got the answer "we will ship today, delivery within a few days".

Nothing arrived so I called again August 22 and got the answer "it was shipped August 15 and should be with you tomorrow".

Nothing arrived so I called them again August 24. They promised to investigate and get back to me with an explanation. Never heard from them again.

The parcel arrived August 25 and I could see in the documents that it was shipped August 23. 32 days after order date!

Lies, lies, lies and more lies. Also, when ordering I received an order confirmation for a certain amount. Surprice, surprice but my Visa card was charged with 42£ more for "shipping"! This is 2-3 times more than the real cost for shipping. Net weight of helmet + goggles was 1.3 kg only. Total weight less than 3 kg.

Don't buy anything from dirtbikestore.dom!

I had the same hassle when I placed an order, it was 6 weeks and a few phone calls they also charged my card before dispatch they said somebody had took an item that was for my order and sent it to another person, they also blamed the fact that they were moving premises, shame 'caus they have some good things for sale on their site.
