My broadband does this (I think) - seemingly when nothing is going on, i.e I was playing an online game, does that count as idle?
What are the optimum settings? Do you disable them? or what? What counts as "idle?"
It's not a big deal, maybe I'm not used to it yet - I found the info under the tools menu. It's only happened once or twice now.
