Have a 1994 R1100GS, 81,000miles. In good nick and I look after her, serviced at local motorcycle specialist. After the bikes warmed up, when I disengage the clutch to idle in neutral, I have a pronounced knocking. It's been like this for a while. Pull in clutch lever and the knocking stops. No clutch slippage. It's obviously clutch related. Do I live with it and see if it worsens? Is this indicative of clutch almost worn out? Have I missed something? Thoughts?
