Y'know when you go into the garage for whatever....the brush, more ice, the WD 40.....anything.....just stop....and look at your bike and regard it as a thing of beauty?

It takes you places you've never been, gives you joy beyond all earthly pleasures.....or is it just me that has to sit down on a track stand, with a beer and ....just look at my bike in all it's magnificence?

Thought so - sorry!

constantly, it even looked good after 1400 miles over to Ireland and back, covered in mud, insects and all sorts of gunge...! Will give it a wash at the weekend...

Oh yeah!

I can't pass my babies without saying ''hi''!
And each time I'm home after a ride I say ''thank you'' to the bike I just used!

(My babies are my 1979 Vespa Bravo, and my azurblue 2002 F650CS Scarver.
No GS, I know, but when (not ''if'', but ''when'') I get a lot of money I'll buy a GS - I promise!)

:-) Liv.

And yes, I got a name for my Bravo; Theodor! ;-)

Well yes. But more often these days I go to the garage for something and once inside think "What have I come in here for" turn about walk outside ,look around and continue with something completly different. S.O.G.

Yup - everytime I push 'er out of the garage, I look at 'er while walking away thinking... asssoooom! :D

Spooky :yikes

Just come into the house from, yes you gussed it, going to the garage to get something garden related (got there and couldn't remember what!) and just spent 5 minutes looking at my lovely bike :thumb

I have been known to go out to the garage and have a beer with it.Well it gets lonely sometimes,it told me :boozer

What? Garage? My bike is in the living room here (Riyadh)!!! OK, my Ireland bike is in the garage at home....
I think any decent tbike can be looked at, it's vagaries considered, style lines mulled over.
Sometimes I think the 1200GS was designed by a team of geniuses, they just never met up!

Damn rite, 2 bikes in the garage, both red 'n black. Ones more sporty looking than the other but I can't help but admire them and think how lucky I am to have such great toys, and to have a wife who tolerates my admiring glances towards the bikes curves instead of hers.
