Baronscourt Estate.........Co Tyrone........the home of James Hamilton the 5th Duke of Abercorn..........one of the largest landowners in N Ireland with 15,000 acres of land to his name....................
I was 'travelling marshal' at The Loughs Agency catch & release pike competition at Baronscourt in October. The Estate provided lunch in the wee hut at the end of the lough and as I was scoffing my Irish Stew, I got chatting to a scruffy old bloke in the corner. Seemed like a decent enough old codger and it was only when my mate joined in the conversation and addressed him as 'Your Grace' that the penny dropped.......
