Wunderlich (at least through their UK distributor) have been good too. Touratech have been fine (to me at least) but I've had less waiting from Wunderlich.

Bugger me! I just spent 40 minutes filling out the damn survey, searching through pics and mailing it only to find out the job was done too late!

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS....
Its waaay cool..... ( i also ride a Hyabusa, Ducati, KTM Duke, Harley's ) ok so why.. well thats really simple.. It does exactly what you want a bike to do...it handles messy leaf strewn country lanes on wet December evening... & after a couple of hours of riding in the pouring rain my hands aren't soaking wet & frozen solid...same for me feet... I ride to work approximately an hour and half each day to work on a mix of country lanes and B roads through the whole year... BMW thoughtfully have designed some cute silver boxs that can squirel away Kebabs and cans of beer... plus the weekly shopping...& bike chains etc.. so no need for that school bag on my back... so popular with sports bikes..so I would rate my Gs1150 as an all weather go anywhere no stress all fun bike...hows it handle compared to others...well my patch I love the best is the Forest of Dean & i regularly race guys on fireblades & R6's all newish and typically nasty yucky winter days & nights they can't keep up...will have to see if that changes on a dry summers day hahahaha.....The lights, brakes, positive responsive shaft drive all working there magic...another plus which I really like compared to my other bikes is it well proven design free from loads of fiddlely bits to clean... a quick blast with the hose...and little spray of oil or silcon polish and off we go again... in the car world you have the BMW 3 series...and made by the same brand you have the Gs1150...if you looked at the car or bike and sat down and thought so what are the niggles with this bit of kit? Compared to whats out there on offer by others are there any? Nope... and that probably really sums them up... their the best thats available proven every day in some of toughest environments & do I love it? YESSSSSSSSSS

Set the record straight!

This is probably a good time to set people straight about us "Odd bikers" who "trundle around on those weird tractor-looking contraptions"! Sports bikers don't get it (Until numerous accidents/years cramped up takes it's toll on their bodies), and Touring types with their Pans and FJR's don't take us seriously because of the lack of plastic wrapping on our machines. Let's take this opportunity to let them all know that there is a SERIOUS alternative to what is deemed fashionable. If they were to have their eyes opened for them, they probably wouldn't be so opinionated!

Can you do an article on BMW and their ability to put their heads in the sand and hope a problem will go away 
. Want to have something really worth writing about and make a name for yourself.
Write about the R1200, the fact that it has more problems than a teenager on pot and that BMW just keep replacing the broken seals with the same seals, that break again 
. Have had 5 recalls in less then 18 months, most of which have not worked 
. Now thats a story
O and then sell you a bike at twice the cost based on their engineering and tech reputation, now that is bloody amazing, why because I beleived the robbin sons of ..........
