Nice ride today on my last day before heading to Rotterdam tomorrow. Redboots has arrived home safely after a long day on the bike.

It was great and as you said, fantastic weather.
On the way home I saw 3 adv bikes, about 650cc and not new, from Italy and Switzerland.
One of the riders was wearing Crocs. No socks, just them - plus jeans/jacket before you get all excited.
I also had a play with people in a couple of Tesla's. They were up for an acceleration race but wouldn't hold 190 kph for more than about 30 seconds. Probably looking at their battery meter dropping like a stone, so I fucked off and left them
I nearly had to stop just south of Paris as the temperature dropped to 21 degrees. I resisted and half an hour later it warmed up again. 29c by the time I got home.
If you go to Cochem, you have got to go on the evening party boat. Bloody good fun and if you are on the shore, you can hear the boat coming about a mile away.
