Bloody hell it's windy. We come over the bridge but were we are now ferry is closed due to winds to get back onto the island.

Docs verdict on Plon.
Nice hotel with decent parking only downside no restaurant but you can get snacks. They do a breakfast but we didn't try it as we prefer to find a local bakery. Also you can always go out as plenty of eating places nearby.
A nice area to visit with plenty of places to go for a ride out with good roads and near the coast.
Downside for us was the weather but we made the most of it.

Great to see that you've arrived safely maybe a little damp...... am still enjoying your reports and pictures despite the shite weather
