Our lass wants to go to the Nurburgring to have a look and go to a viewing point where you can watch the cars. There is some nice riding around there but got to be careful as some of the car drivers think it's a racetrack.
Maybe get her in a Ring taxi
Last time i went round in one a few years ago in GT3 it was €300 Euro. Brilliant experience with a pro driver.

The main entrance / car park is reasonably good to see the cars static.
The viewing area at Adenauer Forst is pretty good. The video goes on a bit in estuary Essex, but it does tell you how to get there:
I once cut the corner there, grass tracking my Honda SP1…. But all was well.
