Not seen a German themed restaurant here walking around tbh. Like a bit of Spaetzle.

I love the plain German grub………it all goes great with their beer. Wienerschnitzel, sauerkraut and chips tough to beat. Their roast chickens and salads great too.
And don’t even get me started on bratwurst, frankfurters and curry wurst?! lol
And the apple strudel blows anything away in the UK easily.
Love Germany and all it’s idiosyncrasies

Nice ride round today 163 miles.
Doc's view on Verden.
Nice little town with plenty of restaurants places to drink and shops. Nice surrounding areas for a ride round. This was only ever a stopover for us to get to our other destinations and decided on two nights as we find staying one night when on the bike a pain in the ass. Hotel was spot on with parking round the back.
Tomorrow onto Plon and the weather isn't looking good for later so probably set off early to try and avoid it. Had our fill the other day riding all day in it.
