When Bernie and I were on tour in May we got a good stretching regime going in the morning (phnaar phnaar
) and I’m sure it helped with comfort on the bike. Just like that weirdo 
It started when we joined the stretching activity on the ferry with the other old folk and we carried on, vowing to continue when we got home….

you have a better view than I had. My room looked out onto the bank across the road! Did you notice the honesty bar at the bottom of the stairs?
There's a decent beer garden just down the road by the quayside, simple food but the flammenkuchen were good. The ice cream shop opposite is excellent.

food in the hotel was good too, we dined in hotel one night and had flammenkuchen the other night during a biergarten session - you should find plenty of wine too as there are vineyards just along the river in the next town https://maps.app.goo.gl/xBjQDmjrEgvbuzMq6
Nobody to be seen in hotel now. Think restaurant is closed and the young receptionist is a sour faced bitch.
Why people who do these jobs if they can't be pleasant and do it with a smile I'll never know.

Nowhere is open apart from the Italian.
And no problem old chap.
No restaurants open. Hotel has one which is closed aswell as the others.

I guess they take it in turns - your pizza place says it is closed tomorrow and Wednesday on their website.
We were asked by the hotel if we wanted dinner when we checked in. 4 of us but we were not the only diners. Check with the cheerful one on the morrow ...
