Arrived a long day today in 32° and space hoppers for bollocks.

And nice room with a view.
Couple of beers and sort the bike out. Only just over 200 miles today and about 7.5 hours on the bike with breaks plus traffic.

Not being the type to wear them I didn’t know that. Glad to know that you have more experience with them.

Had a few experiences with them, prefer half chaps with short boots rather than long boots for riding.

Docs hotel Rheinterrassen review.
Very nice hotel and no complaints.
Good location, nice food and breakfast and extra €10 euros each with a decent selection of food.
Room was spot on with balcony and river views.
Bike parking off road in front of hotel.
Would definitely come back and only 190 miles to the ferry at Rotterdam.
