Usually Spanish hotel breakfast are pants. I always go to the cafe next door . Well used to more like ...well, £15 each
this disease is spreading across Spain as well now. At least half of the hotels I used last May/June were charging extra for breakfast. Typically 10 to 15 euros but more in a Parador, usually 20 euros, although I often select the half board rate.
They certainly aren't today with Doc's agricultural machine thundering around there.Clunton, Clunbury, Clundunford and Clun

I used to cycle down there when I was a kid. 25 hard miles from Pontesbury with only Sturmy Archer gears ...Clun is lovely. I ride there via Abermule, over the Kerry Ridge, Newcastle and to the little car park with picnic area by the river. Cake shop by the bridge is nice then sit by the river
Everything in France is pantsAssuming there is a cafe next door.
I’ve generally found Spanish hotel breakfasts pretty good . Often better than French offerings .
Here’s just one of the tables at Hotel Del Oso
