The N621 is a must just for the ride

Have a trip to Arirondas the main square is lovely and I believe there is a restaurant run by nuns
Ribadesella is a lovely coastal town

Other than that just ride around you cant really go wrong

Doc, this is kind of ‘Greatest Hits’ Picos




It’ll take you up the amazing N621 via the roe deer monument that is ubiquitous in Picos pics.




Make sure you turn right and head up to waypoint 2. It might look like a wrong turn but it’s a paved road that takes you up to the bear monument



Waypoint 4 is Riano with its stunning view



Waypoint 6 is a good place for lunch overlooking a large climbing centre. Great pizzas.

And then you’ll route via Cangas de Onis with the Roman bridge




There’s a cafe just to the side of it and we normally just stick the bikes on the roundabout in front of that cafe/hotel, shown arrowed.




The green bit to park bike on is a lot bigger than it looks in pic. We normally get about 6 bikes on it .

here's an all day ride over 180 miles as an alternative to the smaller loop given above

the first waypoint (same on both routes) is a fabulous viewpoint and they have now resurfaced the parking which makes access nicer.
