It's great. It's up there with the bikes I have owned and that's a few. Was glad to get off it today though. Very hot and horrendous traffic the last few miles.

you already had one - Col du Aravis https://maps.app.goo.gl/QSkAt1SsYSiKdPJg7 - a 102km loop, possibly go up the other side of Lake Annecy on the way back. Depends exactly where you are based
