Well we go tomorrow travelling with everyones favourite ferry company P&O from Hull to Rotterdam tomorrow. Away for 17 nights so should be a good do with hopefully a bit of decent weather. Not had the best of weather this year whilst away so fingers crossed.
Probably doing the trip all wrong.
Wrong hotels
Wrong routes
Going out to early
Getting back to early
Wrong beer
Not enough layers ect
And the first wrong hotel on our way down off the ferry towards the French Alps.

So I awake early in the anticipation of the big trip ahead.
I shower ( I always use Lynx shower gel as I find it invigorating against my soft skin )

Outside its blowing a gale and raining now I'm worried about the globules of rain building up on my sunshades. Probably impossible to turn my stiff neck to get shut of them. ( footnote number 1 better pillows needed )

Then I think to myself what would the 2024 National Geographic adventure rider of the year our very own Micky do ? ( watch out for a series on Discovery Channel and a centre page spread and free poster of him on his ickle bike in National geographical magazine )

Decided due to the weather its straight to the ferry today. Usually its a ride out first and a meal before the ferry. Jayne gets very frightened on the back of the bike in strong winds. Looking at the weather in Rotterdam Friday we should be ok or she will be holding on for dear life again.
