I get the impression that Doc has, with some help (and a bit of occasional pee taking) gained in confidence over planning his own routes and holidays abroad. If so, strike up a gold star for him and the forum.

Well I have been traveling to Europe for a long time on the bike but mainly for weekends and then riding bikes to various locations but that was different to what we do now.
Anyway it's all a bit of fun and piss taking along the way.
