Dodgy Man selling Bikes!

I was browsing the interweb looking for cheap bikes when i found this really gd priced one (the price is for me to know and you never to find out). So I emailed the guy in charge of the site who agreed to sell it 2 me. I recieved several emails but...just before I bought it, he put the price up sky high! So i didn't buy it and complaind. Poor, very poor.
