Does anyone have experience of the new systems offered by AIO-5

Still waiting for mine. Super early bird (about #1400), but assume the supplier delay has held it up.
Went for the LTE with just the cross bar mount as I already had that and the LIN module. Was tempted to put the nav mount back on but was worried it bring too far forwards. How have you mounted yours?

I sold my Lite and LIN to the neighbour, so bought the Max with BMW mount. Definitely not too far forward.

Looks good!
Do you find there is any difference in responsiveness, or functionality having it directly wired in via the nav mount?

No difference at all. The new unit as a whole is more responsive though, and the redesigned interface is much better (although I rarely use anything other than CarPlay).

The screen is brilliant in the sun, and it was fine at 42C. Been using it from 08:30 until about 18:00 each day, with just 2 coffee stops and one lunch stop each day, and had no disconnections at all. I’ve done 1,500 miles since Saturday last week and it’s not missed a beat.

The unit comes shipped with the cameras set to 30fps, but I set them to 60fps.

You can’t use the cameras off the AIO-5 Lite, but the power lead is the same, so I reused it as it saved putting a connector on the new lead to plug into the EZCan.

That’s good to know, thank you. Will get mine up and running as soon as it gets here……………….!
