Does anyone know where I can get highway pegs in the UK

Are they even legal in the UK? :nenau

I thought you had to have your feet on the controls.

I`ve got a pair fitted to my 1200. We are looking at getting a load shipped over from the states so if you can hang on a while we may be able to sort you out.

Would like them for end of June if possible?

Any idea how much they are likely to be? the Ones on E-Bay are from a seller in the States, but they claim they come from Germany. Must admit they look good quality so would pay the £80 quid if I had to, just rather not.

I'll make a call to the US this weekend:thumb

Any news on these? Could be kind cool... I'll have to get some spurs.

So is speeding, dark visors, over noisy exhaust pipes, being a tit, small number plate, no tax disc on display, defective headlight, non-EU approved indicators.......... The list goes on and on and on...... Your point is?

PS Not that I would ever condone their use for fear of falling foul of the 4th item on the list.

Being a tit isn't actually illegal....I think the courts would have to open 24/7 if it was :blast

.....and I'd have to admit to being in danger of being nicked on occassions! :augie

.
The fact they're not legal :blast Maybe legalities might not have crossed the mind of some, and having now been made aware may decide to stay clear.

In which case, presumably the crash bars on an adventure are illegal since they make very comfortable forward footpegs:augie

Can't see it is any more dangerous than dragging my legs alongside the bike when cramp sets in.

I reckon it is only illegal if you get caught, I bet many here speed and pull the occasional white-line overtake. I do not intend to take on town centres using these, but when sat on french Motorways for a daya t a time I can see them being handy.

Might order a pair of these as they are cheap:
