Plus the new loom / part of the loom to replace the altered wiring, all the pipe work would need to be replaced - quite a bit of labour involved if BMW were to do it. Better without.
All depends on who's removed it.
Why a new loom ? It can be removed without cutting or altering the wiring.
When i remove an abs/servo unit it's a simple procedure to replace it at a later date, simply plug it back in, no cut wiring repairs or rewiring needed.
