Sent in an enquiry to Gwynedd County Council. Received a call from them today and then a diagram of the route confirming it is Byway Open to All Traffic (BOAT).

At the bottom of the lane we came across this the ultimate Land Rover accessory.

Then it was more rolling green fields.

Things started to get interesting for some of the group just after this photo was taken

Even better Timpo takes a bath big time but fuck was he quick picking the bike up.But the camera never lies

The RNLI jumped into action and soon had Tim back on dry land.

We dried Timpo out and tried not to take the piss to much,he was soon back on form.

Don't have any pics of Kings Road but it brought us nicely into Dolgellau so as Tim said early it was pints Indian pints kebeb and bed.

Next morning we all gagging for a coffee so Tim fired up his stove next thing I here's big woooosh and Rick shouting roll roll roll
Jumps out my tent to see a big fire ball right next to Tim's tent the tent was ripped out the ground a dragged away.Got a couple of pics of the aftermath the flames had died down a bit.

Soon the inferno was out

Timpo led us straight up into the forest light rain made the tracks even more interesting.

Where's the track ?

The big bikes and luggage makes the riding even more of a challenge.

The road ahead was to cause problems for some

Timpo starts off well enough

Then it all went a bit Pete Tong

No harm done pride might have taken a knock though

Rick made it up ok

Then Tim wrestles the ktm up

No time for resting the trails get harder plenty of tree roots to contend with

Timpo makes map reading look easy

Next it was on to the fallen tree.

What can I say but a big Thank You to Timpo for organising the route we all had a brilliant 3 days plenty of banter and piss taking.
All this on our door step I knew there was a good reason to stick around down in Wales
