The Dour Heids Tae Edradour Tour :thumb2

:beerjug:

I've phoned the distillery. The first run are individually numbered and running out fairly fast. Doubtful if they'll still have any left come November BUT they're doing a second batch at the end of the month and these will be in the distillery shop then.

I'm going to head up for a numbered bottle soon and I'll buy one from the second batch in November when we meet up then. I'll keep the first and drink the second.

How aboot meeting at the distillery, buy wur whisky, hae a coffee in the rather plush cafe (it's £2.50 for a coffee but you ge to keep the Edradour mug), hae a tour o' the distillery and then head off for lunch at eh nearby Moulin Hotel?

7th November is the first Saturday in the month...

Here's the wee distillery cafe. They also have a fare old collection of malts to sample if you're of a mind...:augie

Soonds Like A Plan Then...

Saturday 7th November for a meet at the Edradour Distillery (a couple of miles east of Pitlochry on the Breamar road) . Some folk have already stated their intention o' buyin' a bottle of the "Caledonian Nectar" at this.

Meet up, hae a coffe there, buy a bottle, ride a mile or so back tae Moulin for a nosebag a the Moulin Hotel. Sometines these we lunch meets almost organise themsel's...

I like distilleries so I dae...:bounce1
