downloading a track from mapsource?

hi,i have a track in mapsource a mate sent to me that was taken from google earth,there are 14 tracks listed but it only lets me highlight one at a time to send,there's only one waypoint at the start that transfers into the device,when i send the tracks to the device it say's on the pc,data successfully sent,2610 say's data track transfer compleat but no track is visable,try the same on my quest 1,pc say's data sent quest say's nothing

help please

Don't know about Quest, but on my Nav II (2610) you have to have the appropriate setting - check Menu, Map Setup, Line Tab - the first option is "Track Log" - Max Zoom. This defines at which zoom level you get to see the track - see what yours is set to and try changing to "Auto".
