Anyone know the part number of the waterproof pouch for the Rallye 2 suit ?

I have the Rallye 2, not PRO, so do not have a pocket inside the Gore-Tex liner. I have one waterproof ( ish) pouch, but would like to get some more, one for each external pocket of the price is not stupid.

I spent some time recently with a dealer who could not a part number for the pouch.

Anyone got any alternatives they use, preferably something more effective and cheaper than the likely price of the official price ?

Thanks for your help ....

ziplock freezer bag much better than the pouch, as I found out 2 mobiles later...

XXXS Exped Dry Bag..

Try the smallest exped dry bags, a few quid each..

I have little Ortlieb pouches phone and wallet sized then use any pocket. The waterproof pocket on the Boulder jacket liner is wank and not very secure.

Personally I dont like waterproof pockets as if they do get wet....like if you have an external one and you are a nob and leave it open they form a nice mobile phone pond :blast

exped..

You can get them in most major outdoor shops these days. The exped ones are a lighter grade of dennier material so not as stiff as some of the ortlieb gear. For a "pocet liner" the exped are good enough and easier to close/adjust. I use some of the smaller ones to store wash gear and toilet rolls when i am camping. The very small ones should fit most bike pockets.

Rallie pouches

Have not yet got my s/h rallie two wet yet but the pouch is a joke, so many thanks for the above advice was thinking of good old tescos or perhaps waitrose, or even harrods (no, don't like the owner).
But do get somthing as the pockets are rubbish as my mate found out. My Rukkas now ten years old and the pockets have never leaked at all, but unfortunatly has no vents for hot weather.

carrier bags are bulky & have holes in them.

ziplocks or even ordinary freezer bags must be worth the outlay :nenau
